Yes. Our Croc charms are designed to fit standard Crocs holes securely. They snap in easily and stay in place during everyday wear.
Will the charms fall out?
Will the charms fall out?
No — once properly inserted, they fit snugly into the Crocs holes. They’re made to stay secure while you walk, run, and live your life.
How do I attach a Croc charm?
Simply push the charm into the hole at a slight angle and press firmly until it pops into place. To remove, gently push from the inside of the shoe.
Are the charms waterproof?
Yes! Our charms are waterproof and suitable for everyday wear — including rainy days and beach trips.
What material are the charms made from?
Our charms are made from durable, high-quality PVC/rubber material designed to last and keep their shape.
Are they suitable for children?
Yes. Our charms are suitable for children’s Crocs as well as adult sizes. However, small parts mean they are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Do you sell official Crocs?
No. Croc Charmer sells charms only. Crocs shoes are not included unless specifically stated.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on location, but UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to selected international locations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free delivery over a certain spend (e.g. Free UK shipping on orders over £25).
Can I return my order?
